In 1822, Monsieur Popelin, a pharmacist, set up a shop devoted to olive oil in Paris and A L'Olivier was born. Today, the family owned company still makes amazing olive oil, along with high quality vinegars and nut oils. This honey-colored vinegar combines the sweetness of figs with the bright acidity of wine vinegar. It's perfect for deglazing white meat, incorporating into a vinaigrette, or drizzling on goat cheese.
