Today, the family owned company still makes amazing olive oil, along with high quality vinegars and nut oils. This tomato basil vinegar works very well with steamed fish, grilled poultry, and a variety of cheeses, especially sheep's milk. Use it to deglaze white meats, like pork or veal, or on grilled fish.
