Secret Aardvark Trading Co. was founded in Portland in 2004. They started selling their hot sauce at farmers markets, and now their sauces can be found as far east as NYC. This is a traditional Jamaican Jerk Marinade, with the addition of soy sauce and rum! Perfect used as a condiment for some immediate impact, or as a marinade before grilling!
