Blanxart has been making amazing chocolate in Barcelona since 1954. The process starts by selecting only the highest quality cocoa beans from Ghana, Congo and Guayaquil. After roasting and refining, these beans are transformed into chocolate with superior aroma and texture. Their Chocolate la Taza bar is an unrefined chocolate that has been slightly sweetened and mixed with vanilla. Although it can be eaten as is, it is designed to shave and desolve into warm milk for Spanish hot chocolate.
