Bonne Bouche is the flagship of Vermont Creamery’s signature geotrichum-rinded aged goat cheeses. Meaning "good mouthful" in French, it is made with 100% goat's milk from surrounding family farms. Reminiscent of the Loire Valley cheeses of France, the rind is wrinkled and delicately gray in color with patches of white mold. The interior paste is soft and yielding with bright, clean flavors of citrus and hay.
