Brocard Pierre 'Wild Wild Yeast' Coteaux Champenois Rouge

Champagne, FR

Coteaux Champenoise is the appellation for still wine in the Champagne region. The wine goes through a nine day carbonic maceration. It may be a juicier, sillier wine than most in the region, but it's still an amazing Pinot Noir that totally begs for prime rib.
