Bunches & Bunches Red Dried Chilaca Mole Sauce, 15 oz

by chef Tamalpais Roth-McCormick. Their Red Dried Chilaca Mole Sauce is made from
a blend of chiles, tomatoes, onions, garlic, pumpkin seeds, almonds, raisins, chocolate,
and spices. Simmered for hours and finished with fresh lime juice and cilantro, this
sauce is excellent as a secret ingredient in chili, in huevos rancheros, as a sauce for
enchiladas, and, of course, as a braising sauce for any protein you want to use for
tacos.
