Don't like anything more than burrata? Try adding truffles. Traditionally from Puglia in southern Italy, this is one of the freshest of all cow's milk cheeses. Milky, sweet, fresh mozzarella on the outside, with molten ribbons of curd and cream and black truffle on the inside. Each 8oz package contains two 4oz pieces of burrata packed in water for optimum storage. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and serve with crusty bread. You can work up from there by adding any of the following: grilled bread, prosciutto, salame, sliced tomatoes, fresh herbs, grilled vegetables, aged balsamic or sauteed rapini.
