This goat's milk cheese is produced in the Midi-Pyrenees region of Southwest France. Similar to the many sheep's milk cheeses that are made in the same region, its paste is uniformly smooth & creamy. In contrast, the goat's milk lends a pleasantly bright note to the flavor. Aged 6 months, Cabretou is a great gateway-goat - the perfect choice for occasions when goat lovers and goat avoiders are trying hard to find a middle ground.
