There is a time for dried pasta, and a time for fresh pasta. When it is time for fresh, it is time to let us cut you some fresh capellini (angel hair) for all of your famous sauces. Delicate, tender, and quick to cook (1 min), our pasta is made locally and cut to order. Can't use it all? No problem. Divide the pasta into individual servings, drop it into a zip lock and freeze! Transfer the frozen pasta straight to the boiling water, cook for a minute or two and enjoy!
