Established in 1986 to preserve and promote the French salt marsh heritage, Esprit du Sel produces authentic, rare and traditional Fleur de Sel. Harvested from the clear waters off the Island of Re on the Atlantic coast of France, this salt tastes just like the sea from which it came. This grey salt is neither treated or washed, so it remains rich with minerals. Perfect for salt-encrusted roasting recipes, it's rugged textured, briny crystals also make an excellent base for rubs, roasts, marinades and soups.
