Fermin has been curing the finest quality pork products in the world since 1956. Their Coppa Serrana is made from the collar of authentic Spanish pigs, with an all natural diet. It is marinaded with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pimenton, garlic and sea salt for 5 days and then air-cure for approximately 4 months.The texture is beautifully marbled and the flavor is well...really, really good. Perfect with a young manchego, some quince paste & a handful of marcona almonds!
