Fermin has been curing the finest quality pork products in the world since 1956. Still family owned and operated in the medieval mountain town of La Alberca, they were also the first to bring authentic Spanish Iberico and Serrano ham to the US. Along with caviar, foie-gras and truffles, Iberico ham is truly one of the world's great delicacies. The Pata Negra, or black hoof, is made only from black Iberian hogs. Cured for up to 4 years, and prized for its exceptionally smooth texture and rich taste, the flavor of true Jamon Iberico is simply amazing. To fully appreciate it's quality, we recommend enjoying it on its own with little more than a good piece of bread and a glass of wine. Size & shape of the slices will vary, but they will always taste great!
