Fermin has been curing the finest quality pork products in the world since 1956. Still family owned and operated in the medieval mountain town of La Alberca, they were also the first to bring authentic Spanish Iberico and Serrano ham to the US. The quality of their Jamon Serrano is unsurpassed. The hams are cured for almost two years in drying rooms with open screened windows, exposing them to the mountain air and the change of seasons. The result is a delicious, well marbled, full flavored Serrano with balanced salinity. It is delicate, sweet and nutty. Perfect enjoyed with young manchego, quince paste, marcona almonds and a glass of Rioja. Size & shape of the slices will vary, but they will always taste great!
