Founded by Chef Paul Bertolli in San Francisco, Fra'Mani has been making an array of handmade, delicious salumi products since 2006. His Spicy Capicolla is made from hand-trimmed, high quality, boneless pork shoulder. Lightly smoked over natural wood, it is seasoned with red pepper, garlic, vinegar, fennel seed and black pepper. Sliced paper thin, it has a smooth texture that is perfect for panini, charcuterie boards, breakfast sandwiches & pizza!
