Slightly more aged and firm than its sweeter counterpart, Gorgonzola Piccante is densely creamy. The paste is light yellow with widespread blue and green marbling. With a robust and sharp flavor, this is perfect for crumbling on top (or inside) a burger. Its creamy texture is also suitable for melting into a sauce, or using as part of your filling for ravioli. Great with roasted walnuts, honey and bright fruits for dessert.
