This is a special cheese that we don't have very often. When it's here, get some. Made by Ben Harris & his team at the Ticklemore Dairy in Devon, England, Harbourne is akin to Roquefort, with a few notable distinctions. First, it is made in England, not France. Second, it is made entirely of pasteurized goats milk. THe result is a clean, bright cheese with light blue veining, a crumbly texture and flavours which are fresh, slightly floral and delicately sweet. If you love somewhat assertive blue cheeses, don't miss this one!
