Karuna Belize Single Origin Slow Dried 70%, 60g

Located in South Tyrol, a German-speaking region in Northern Italy, Karuna uses ethically grown, organic fine cocoa beans from Latin America, Asia, and Africa to produce some of the best single-origin bean-to-bar chocolate we’ve tasted. This organic fine flavor cocoa is grown by Mopan Maya farmers, close to the village San Jose` in Belize and is fermented and dried by the company Belyzium. This chocolate has notes of malt, dry fruits, caramel, molasses and nuts.
