La Vecchia Dispensa 30 yr Balsamic, 100ml

La Vecchia Dispensa started as a family restaurant in Modena in 1973. Since the 1980s, however, they have been wholly dedicated to the production of fine balsamic vinegar. This amazing vinegar was created to commemorate La Vecchia's 30th anniversary. Dense & syrupy, it has an intensely sweet flavor profile that is the result of the grape must being cooked down further before being transfered to wood barrels for aging and fermentation. It is perfect for salad dressing, or for drizzling drop by drop over shards of Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh berries, grilled meats or even ice cream.
