Langres is a French cow's milk cheese that originated from the plateau of Langres in the region of the Champagne Ardenne. Successive washings during aging result in a beautiful orange hue and a pungent, intense aroma. The flavor, however, is much more mellow and approachable. Combine these characteristics with a super dense, creamy texture and a glass of Champagne and you will be very happy.
