The Leporati family has been making prosciutto for more than 3 generations. The quality of their products is evident - only the most carefully raised and selected hogs are used to make their reserve prosciutto. Cured with just enough salt, this prosciutto is left to age in drying rooms on traditional wooden frames for at least 24 months. Bold, buttery, aromatic and a bit more concentrated than its 16 month counterpart. Trimmed and sliced paper thin with care when you order it. Size & shape of the slices will vary, but they will always taste great!
