We are proud to say that we are the only retailer in Seattle that can claim Leporati 500 day as their house prosciutto. Leporati uses carefully raised and selected hogs for their prosciutto. Cured with just enough salt, it is left to age in drying rooms on traditional wooden frames for at least 16 months. It is the classic Parma ham - delicate, buttery and sweet, with a lovely aroma. Trimmed and sliced with care paper thin when you order it. Like the 500 day, but want to try something with a little more age? Try Leporati's 24-month Parma.
