Les Mouettes d’Arvor hails from the old port town of Concarneau in Brittany. The third-generation cannery is run by the Gonidec family. All their canned fish are fresh, never frozen, caught in a sustainable fashion, and prepared by traditional methods with natural ingredients. Their natural mackerel fillets are preserved in water and salt. Simple as that! Excellent straight from the tin, over a salad, or as part of a picnic with bread, cheese, fruit, and wine.
