Les Mouettes d'Arvor Mackerel Fillets in Escabeche Sauce, 169g

Les Mouettes d’Arvor hails from the old port town of Concarneau in Brittany. The third-generation cannery is run by the Gonidec family. All their canned fish are fresh, never frozen, caught in a sustainable fashion, and prepared by traditional methods with natural ingredients. Escabeche Sauce is a sweet and sour tomato sauce seasoned with paprika, vinegar, and wine. The delicate mackerel fillets are excellent straight from the tin, over a salad, or as part of a picnic with bread, cheese, and fruit.
