Les Mouettes d'Arvor Mackerel Rillettes, 125g

Les Mouettes d’Arvor hails from the old port town of Concarneau in Brittany. The third-generation cannery is run by the Gonidec family. All their canned fish are fresh, never frozen, caught in a sustainable fashion, and prepared by traditional methods with natural ingredients. They make their Mackerel Rillettes by slow-cooking Mackerel in a grainy mustard sauce. The resulting rillette is similar to pâté and wonderful spread on crusty bread or crackers.
