Moroccan Oil Cured Olives

These unique olives are packed with flavor! Ripe black olives from Morocco’s Atlas Mountains are first dry-cured in salt, which concentrates their flavor and reduces any bitter notes. Then, the salt is removed, and the olives are soaked in oil. The result is a deeply flavorful, briny olive. They are drier in texture than most olives, but they retain a decidedly buttery characteristic.
