Il Nocciola, meaning hazelnut in Italian, is a beautiful cow/goat/sheep combo from Northern Italy's Piedmont region. It is sweet, buttery, bright & impossibly creamy. Despite it's diminutive stature, it brings maximum impact. It's hard to find anyone who doesn't love this cheese, especially when you hand them a glass of bubbly to go with it!
