For seven generations, the Nuñez de Prado family has been producing amazing olive oil in the hills of Baena, Spain. 100% organic olives are handpicked and crushed in the family’s granite stone wheels, similar to those used by the Romans 20 centuries ago. Estate-produced and bottled, it is a blend of 14 different olive varieties. The oil has nuances of green olives, oranges, lemons, fresh cut grass, almonds, and apples - all accentuated by a smooth, sweet finish.
