This unique Parmigiano is made exclusively from the milk of the Reggiana breed of cow, known for its beautiful red coat. This cheese tastes like the Parmigiano-Reggiano of days gone by. It is higher in butterfat and natural proteins, producing a more fruity, nutty and grassy flavor that surpasses traditional Parmigiano Reggiano. Reserve for special dishes, or eating on its own with cured meats and aged balsamic vinegar.
