Pecorino di Pienza Fresco is made with 100% sheep's milk in the small village of Contignano just 60km southeast of Siena in the heart of Tuscany. It is soft, mild and creamy with an aroma of fresh herbs and a bright piquancy. A perfect picnic cheese, it pairs well with almost anything, and melts wonderfully. A true crowd-pleaser without being boring.
