Locatelli's version of Pecorino Romano is one of the finest. This ancient cheese is made with 100% sheep's milk and aged a minimum of 9 months. The result is a cheese that is dry, sharp and spicy; making it one of the world's great grating cheeses. Perfect on pasta, salads & pizza.
