Agour is a family owned and operated business in the heart of the Basque region of France. Petit Brebis is a pasteruized sheep's milk cheese with a smooth, creamy paste and a sweet, nutty flavor. Aromas are mild and pleasant with hints of roasted nuts. The distinctive orange rind is the result of it being rubbed with crushed espelette pepper during aging. It provides a vibrant color without affecting the flavor of the cheese.
