It's here... the 2022 Harvest!! We look forward to this oil coming out every fall - it is truly an amazing representation of true Tuscan olive oil. With hints of freshly cut grass, almonds & artichokes, it's not just one of our favorite oils, it happens to be produced by a couple of our favorite people - husband and wife team, Enzo Schiano and Claire Beliard. The olives from their 1,500 tree grove are hand-picked and pressed on the estate the same day. This helps to preserve all the intense flavor and fragrance of the olives and ensures the lowest grade of acidity possible.
