Not all great pasta comes from Italy. Hard to believe, but this spaghetti proves it. This pasta has been made by the Fisler family in the Valle di Poschiavo just over the Italian border in Switzerland since 1900. Their pasta is made using coarsely ground hard durum wheat, resulting in a great chew and a nutty flavor.
