Le Bec Fin has been making charcuterie in the European tradition since 1999. This course ground French country-style salami is seasoned with garlic and black pepper. It's buttery, garlicy flavor is perfect along side a spread of cornichons, grainy mustard, French cheese (pick it) & a crusty baguette!
