Rustichella d'Abruzzo Capellini, 500g

Appreciated by chefs and home cooks alike, Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been making artisan Italian pasta since 1924. Also known as angel hair, Capellini is the thinnest of all long pasta shapes. A long-time children's favorite, this shape is perfect when broken and used as pastina (soup pasta). It's also great served simply with butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
