Appreciated by chefs and home cooks alike, Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been making artisan Italian pasta since 1924. Also known as Cavatelli in certain areas of Italy, Casareccia, meaning "home-style" is very typical of the south of Italy and was orginally made by pushing the dough with a knife or a wooden pin. Ideal for Pasta e Ceci (pasta and chick-pea soup) or any other soup, as well as with a hearty meat ragu or with a sauce of broccoli and anchovies.
