Appreciated by chefs and home cooks alike, Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been making artisan Italian pasta since 1924. The most typical of Ligurian shapes, trofie are always served with pesto, potatoes and green beans when in season. The name is derived from a Greek word meaning "nourishment," it is also wonderful served cold as a pasta salad or in soups.
