Founded by Armandino & Marilyn Batali in 1999, Salumi has grown from a small neighborhood deli to a well-known piece of Seattle's culinary fabric. We are proud to say that we were one of Salumi's first wholesale customers, and we are as proud to carry their products today as we were when we started. Salumi's version of finnochiona (fennel salame) is truly unique. Flavored with fennel, a copious amount of cracked black pepper and a touch of curry. Uncured, Salumi uses celery juice powder, a natural form of nitrate and nitrite.
