Frantoi Cutrera’s line of Segreti di Sicilia products is made exclusively with ingredients from Sicily and from traditional Sicilian recipes. They are good enough to serve to company or for a quick pasta dinner. Their Sugo alle Olive is made with Sicilian green (Nocellara Etnea) and black olives (Tonda Iblea) and seasoned with onion, red garlic, red pepper, and a premium extra virgin olive oil made from the same green olives used in the sauce.
