Making paella? Clams and mussels? Frittata? This is your chorizo. Although Silva's Spanish Chorizo is smoked and fully cooked, it benefits greatly from being heated to bring out its great flavor. Grill, or chop and saute in a frying pan for 8 to 10 minutes before adding to your dish. Approximately 4 links to a pound.
