Sugo Piccante & Bucatini

This combination is a classic - warmly spiced, fresh tomato sauce with toothsome bucatini. It is great as is, but easy to customize a quick version of Bucatini All'Amatriciana. To do so, saute some pancetta in the pan while your pasta is cooking. Add the sauce and simmer. Combine the cooked bucatini with the sauce and a half a cup of pasta water, and finish with some Pecorino Romano! Serves 4.
