
Trampetti EVOO, 500ml
Founded over 100 years ago by Eugenio Trampetti, this 63 acre farm is located in Italy's Umbria region. During one of Italy's earliest harvests, these olives are hand-picked and pressed in less than 24 hours. The result is an oil low in acidity with flavors of freshly cut grass, fresh herbs and artichoke. Each label is harvest dated and foil-wrapped for freshness.
