Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar, 250ml

Villa Manodori has been one of our best selling balsamic vinegars for years. Once customers taste it's amazing balance of sweet and sour and experience it's silky texture, there is no going back. Made using Trebbiano grape must and red wine vinegar, it is aged for 9 years in a series of oak, chestnut and juniper barrels. It is the perfect accompaniment to fresh greens, grilled vegetables, aged cheese and fresh fruit. Also great for finishing grilled meats and enriching sauces.
