Villa Manodori produces premium extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars under the guidance of Massimo Bottura, the chef and owner of three-star Michelin restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. Named the world’s best restaurant in 2018, it is the only Italian restaurant ever to hold that title. This olive oil, based on the oil Bottura uses in his restaurant, is produced from Moraiolo and Leccino olives with the addition of an all-natural essential oil of rosemary created through a unique distillation process developed by Bottura. The oil has the piney aroma of rosemary and is a welcome addition to chicken dishes, brushed on crostini, and drizzled over roasted potatoes.
